We are seeking a vigilant and highly responsible Mobile Patrol Supervisor to manage field security operations across our regional territories. Acting as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, you will operate a company patrol vehicle to monitor client sites, respond to alarms, and oversee on-site security personnel.
Because our portfolio spans from the North Shore down into Boston and out west along the Route 9 corridor to Natick and Framingham, this role requires significant driving and excellent route familiarity. You will be the dedicated professional who adapts to changing operational needs, ensuring our security posture remains robust across diverse environments—from Boston city traffic to the highways connecting the North Shore and MetroWest.
This position does not have a set schedule. It requires a dedicated professional comfortable with a fluid schedule averaging 40–50 hours per week, with a heavy emphasis on overnight, evening, and weekend shifts, including holidays. You must be ready to step in and cover open security posts if a guard calls off unexpectedly at any regional site.
Candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening. We require a pristine driving history to meet commercial insurance standards, with no recent major violations, DUIs, or excessive points.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Work model: On-site
