About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our Charleston facility. This role is essential for ensuring our environment remains safe, functional, and welcoming for our team and customers. You will serve as a self-starter, managing daily tasks and taking initiative with minimal supervision.

Your day will involve managing the day-to-day operations of facility maintenance, conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement, and assisting with onsite repairs. You will develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors, key employees, and management, while maintaining clear communication with housekeeping staff to ensure service levels are met. Additionally, you will assist in special event setup and activities and ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
