About the Role
Quad Sussex, WI is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of facility building systems and infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring a safe and reliable work environment by maintaining critical HVAC, plumbing, utilities, and general building systems.
While candidates with general maintenance experience are encouraged to apply, the position offers a strong opportunity to learn and grow. HVAC or electrical experience is a plus, but not required. You will work from maintenance schedules and service requests, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks.
Schedule & Relocation
This position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 3 days one week, followed by 4 days the next, with the rotation changing every 4 months. Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates located more than 100 miles from the plant.
