About the Role
We are currently seeking an accomplished Mobile Notary Signing Agent to bolster our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in the document signing process, working with sensitive documents and vulnerable clients. Success in this position requires the ability to exhibit empathy while maintaining professionalism. You will be responsible for acknowledging and proving documents (excluding those affecting real property), taking oaths and affirmations, handling affidavits, and performing depositions. Additionally, you will certify copies of powers of attorney and notarial record book entries when requested by the Secretary of State or a court.
