Your mission is to assess needs, de-escalate crises, and ensure individuals are connected with the care and resources they need, all while collaborating with a compassionate and skilled team.
This role is designed for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where clinical skills can truly change lives. You will work in a hybrid environment that includes regional travel, balancing office-based shifts with field work.
