Our School Telemed team at Pennock Professional Services is dedicated to bridging the gap between healthcare and education. We provide critical mental health support to students, working closely with school staff, parents, primary care providers, and specialists to ensure continuity of care across the entire continuum. Our mission is to assess, treat, and monitor patient progress, ensuring that every student receives individualized therapy and timely intervention when urgent mental health concerns arise.
About the Role
As a key member of our Ambulatory Care Behavioral Health team, you will serve as the clinical anchor for students referred by schools, parents, and healthcare providers. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized plans of care, and delivering individualized therapy services. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify strategies that maximize patient outcomes, ranging from crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments to grief counseling and discharge planning. This role requires a dynamic professional who can adapt to the unique needs of a school-based environment while maintaining high clinical standards.
