About the Role
We are currently seeking a Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This position is critical for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of large mobile cranes (150-ton capacity and greater) within industrial maintenance and construction environments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working with minimal direction, utilizing technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of rigging procedures, cable reeling, crane load testing, and preventative maintenance practices for hydraulic equipment.

Staff Experts, LLC is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Mobile Crane Operator certification or license; Completion of an Apprenticeship Program and four (4) years of experience as a Mechanical Mobile Crane Operator; Associate's degree in a Mechanical field and four (4) years of experience as a Journeyman Mechanical Mobile Crane Operator; Passed the Certified Crane Operator Practical exam; Passed the Hands-on test; and Completed DDI and TEAMS training or equivalent.
