About the Role

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. As ambassadors, you will create energy and excitement around our products and services. You will be obsessed with the connected world, thriving in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving.

Your day will involve proactively engaging with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate them and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to deepen relationships, ensuring satisfaction through meaningful interactions. You will partner with nearby store locations to properly on-board customers and maintain the highest standards of the T-Mobile in-store experience.

Hiring Process

As part of the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training. Upon completion, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role. We encourage you to apply and start your journey with us.
