About the Role
As an Exclusive Agent, you will partner with Horace Mann to unlock your full potential. This role is designed for an agency owner with a defined territory, ensuring no overlap with other agents. You will leverage our comprehensive multiline product portfolio to meet a variety of client needs, focusing on helping educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships, confidently presenting products to both groups and individuals, and actively engaging in networking, community, and industry events. With a dedicated Service Representative handling client service work, you can focus entirely on growing your business and expanding your network.
Hiring Process
To join our team, please review the licensing requirements and ensure you have the necessary qualifications, including Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses (Life and Health, Property and Casualty) and the ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses where applicable. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry are preferred.
