About the Role

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. As ambassadors, you will create energy and excitement around our products and services in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving.

You will excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Your day-to-day involves proactively engaging with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate them, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will leverage digital self-serve tools during the onboarding process, helping customers understand how to utilize the T-Mobile app for their wireless needs. Success in this role means exceeding performance targets by doing it the Right Way—excelling in sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Hiring Process

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training. Upon completion, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target.
