About the Role

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. You will thrive in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving. Obsessed with the connected world, you will excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Your day-to-day involves proactively engaging with a broad range of customers, leveraging digital self-serve tools, and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products. You will be passionate about educating customers, helping them understand how to self-serve via the T-Mobile app, and ensuring their satisfaction. By exceeding performance targets and doing it the "Right Way," you will drive sales activity and build trust and loyalty with every interaction.

Hiring Process & Growth

Never stop growing! As part of the T-Mobile team, you will receive on-the-job training within your first 90 days. Upon completion, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role, unlocking eligibility for annualized incentives and stock grants.
