Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. As ambassadors, you will create energy and excitement around our products and services. You will be obsessed with the connected world, thriving in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving.
Your day-to-day involves building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. You will identify customer needs and passionately educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions. By leveraging digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling techniques, you will help customers understand how to utilize the T-Mobile app and ensure their satisfaction. You will also partner with nearby store locations to properly on-board customers and maintain store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
