About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager supporting Birmingham, AL and surrounding markets, you will be a results-driven partner who grows sales through data, insights, and structured selling. This role is designed for those who use facts, analytics, and market intelligence to influence customer decisions, drive distribution, and deliver measurable top and bottom-line growth. You will act as a category advisor, leading customer conversations through storytelling rather than simply acting as a supplier. Your mission is to expand distribution and market presence by increasing store points of distribution, assortment, and shelf presence across retail and wholesale accounts. You will also execute new product launches with speed to market, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and retailer needs.
