The Aftermarket Parts Specialist 3 serves as a vital bridge between our Aftermarket Sales Department and our customers, delivering both administrative precision and technical sales support. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organizing complex workflows and communicating effectively with a global clientele. You will be the go-to expert for navigating the full purchase order lifecycle, from initial quotation requests to final shipping follow-through, ensuring minimal errors and maximum customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will not only execute customer orders but also lead and mentor cross-departmental teams to resolve discrepancies and drive customer solutions. Your day-to-day involves interpreting technical blueprints and schematics, managing Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, and utilizing advanced data tools to track performance metrics. Whether you are guiding colleagues on parts applications or building professional relationships through solution-oriented communication, your work directly impacts our ability to serve the tire, rubber, and manufacturing sectors efficiently.

Thorough understanding and knowledge of the Aftermarket Sales Process utilizing Microsoft Dynamics (D365). Previous experience developing Power BI dashboards, or other metric tracking software. Advanced certificate in part sales and/or business intelligence. Microsoft Excel expertise (job specific v-lookup/pivot tables/pivot charts). Tire/rubber industry experience. Manufacturing related job experience entering customer orders, preparing and communicating customer quotations utilizing Microsoft D365. Customer service and inside sales experience in a Manufacturing environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Highly proficient with ERP/MRP (Microsoft D365) and Business Intelligence.
