About the Role

This is a 1099, commission-based position open to both licensed and unlicensed job seekers (US citizens only). If you are unlicensed, we provide discounts and guidance to assist you in obtaining your life and health license. The role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work part-time or full-time from anywhere in the US.

Our primary focus is helping families get financially protected through life insurance, as well as offering health and wealth products. Unlike traditional agencies, we operate as a "non-captive" agency, contracted with 30+ top-rated carriers like Mutual of Omaha and Americo. This allows us to find the best prices and coverages for our clients. We utilize a value-based, warm lead system, meaning you sell only to individuals who have already reached out for assistance—no cold calling is necessary.

The average application takes only 15 minutes, and commission payments can be processed as quickly as 24 hours. While the core role involves selling, you also have the optional opportunity to build and own your own agency. This allows you to create passive income by helping others plug into our systems and become successful agents, with the added benefit of true ownership that can be passed down.

Day in the Life

An average day involves:

• Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based program or sourcing clients through your warm market.
• Contacting leads to gather information and schedule meetings.
• Identifying products from our 30+ carrier network that best fit client needs.
• Assisting clients in applying for their desired life insurance policies.
• (Optional) Mentoring and helping other individuals become successful agents.
