About the Role
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. As a Mobile Associate, you will be a passionate customer advocate, building product knowledge and demonstrating technology solutions to assist customers throughout their shopping journey. Success in this position is measured by customer satisfaction, proficiency in product knowledge, and the ability to effectively use digital resources to enhance the customer experience.

Never stop growing! Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role.
