About the Role
Start your career with our respected Management Training Program (MTP). Whether you see yourself in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, this role offers a career path with a clear beginning and an open end full of opportunities. As a Manager in Training, you will be based out of a neighborhood branch in the Ann Arbor, MI area, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
In this hands-on learning environment, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support necessary to succeed while establishing the community relationships essential to building your business. You will learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, all while embracing a culture of friendly competition that drives both business growth and your personal success.
Hiring Process
We are currently hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training Program. Candidates may begin the interview process up to two semesters before graduation, provided they will have completed their Bachelor's degree prior to the start date.
