We are seeking service-minded individuals with strong communication skills to join our sales and customer service teams. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our union members and the benefits they need for their future. Your day will involve inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and delivering presentations to union members requesting our benefits packages. You will also handle necessary paperwork, engage in quality control, and participate in leadership development programs.
