As a Jewelry Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our stores by conducting sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products. You will actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer, cultivating strong relationships, and sharing compelling product stories. While no prior jewelry experience is required, we value individuals with a knack for listening closely and providing tailored solutions. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our merchandise and represent our brand with confidence. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor new team members, sharing your expertise while growing your own skills.

While weekend and evening availability is required, our hours are designed to be more enjoyable than many retailers. We are closed when most other retailers are open, operating Monday through Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from noon to 5 PM. Most staff also receive seven paid holidays each year.
