About the Role
We are seeking an IT - AI/ML Engineer 1 to join our client's team in San Jose, CA. In this contract position, you will serve as a key contributor to the development of scalable and robust machine learning models designed for predictive and prescriptive analytics. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex data mining and actionable business insights, ensuring that advanced algorithms are seamlessly integrated into production systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to define problem statements and implement data-driven solutions. A day in the life involves analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, validating model performance against various metrics, and staying current with the latest AI/ML research to propose continuous improvements.
