Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with MiniMed to support an expanding portfolio of diabetes solutions in primary care. We are seeking a performance-driven Diabetes Sales Representative to join this mission. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, relationship-building ability, and a record of field sales success.
This role focuses on driving education, market development, and sales execution within an assigned territory to increase utilization of the MiniMed Smart MDI solution. Smart MDI combines a smart insulin pen, a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and a smartphone app to deliver personalized, data-driven insights for insulin dosing. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, making an impact quickly through clinical education and multichannel engagement.
Your day-to-day involves establishing and growing strong relationships with primary care targets, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other healthcare team members. You will communicate key sales messaging and patient benefits, utilizing technical expertise to demonstrate Smart MDI capabilities across in-person and virtual channels. Success in this role requires developing efficient routing plans, achieving sales and activity targets, and collaborating with geographic partners and cross-functional teams.
