The Benchman Apprentice position is driven by a commitment to true quality metrics. This role offers exposure to multiple areas within the company, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set that ensures quality, on-time delivery for both internal and external customers. You will primarily support Boulder Mills production operations while serving as a shared manufacturing resource across affiliated operations, providing flexible support to Tharp Cabinets based on workload and operational priorities.
This is a full-time role with consistent hours on a production shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities are available. The position requires strict adherence to safety policies, including the use of safety glasses, air filtration masks, and suits where necessary. The physical nature of the job involves approximately 75% standing and 15% walking, with the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
