The YMCA is a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We strive to create a world where every person, regardless of background, has the opportunity to thrive.
Reporting to the YMCA 21st CCLC Program Director, this position serves as a vital operational partner in delivering high-quality after-school and summer programming. You will support the mission by overseeing the daily operations of the 21st CCLC site, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children. This role bridges the gap between grant guidelines and on-the-ground execution, working closely with the Executive Director of PA Child Care to maintain compliance while fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
In this capacity, you will not only manage site logistics and staff coordination but also embody the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in every interaction. You will play a key role in curriculum implementation, staff development, and creating a culture of safety and excellence. Whether coordinating lesson plans, managing attendance records, or leading team meetings, your work directly impacts the quality of life for the youth we serve.
Interested candidates should submit their application with documentation of required state clearances. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who demonstrate a genuine commitment to youth development and the ability to build authentic relationships within the community.
