About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines. Your journey will involve learning and executing customer orientation procedures while assisting with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. As you progress, you will improve repair speed and accuracy with minimal supervision, ultimately progressing through Bish's RV TEC program to obtain certifications and skills.
