About the Role

Headquartered in Irvine, CA, Shur-Lok manufactures fastening systems with superior locking devices for critical requirements, including engine module assembly, structural assembly, rotor blade attachment, and aircraft engine shaft and spindle applications. The Irvine location features operations including CNC Machining, CNC Waterjet Cutting, Laser Marking, Heat Treating, NDT, and EDM.

In this role, you will be a vital part of our facility operations, ensuring the continuous and safe functioning of our manufacturing environment. You will serve as the first line of defense for facility integrity, conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they impact production. Your day will involve responding to maintenance requests with speed and efficiency, collaborating with team members to resolve complex problems, and supporting facility-related projects and renovations. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition while adhering to strict safety policies.
