About the Role

Headquartered in Irvine, CA, Shur-Lok manufactures fastening systems with superior locking devices for critical requirements, including engine module assembly, structural assembly, rotor blade attachment, and aircraft engine shaft and spindle applications. The Irvine location features advanced operations including CNC Machining, CNC Waterjet Cutting, Laser Marking, Heat Treating, NDT, and EDM.

In this role, you will be a vital part of our facility operations team. You will ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient functioning of our manufacturing environment by performing routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your day will involve conducting regular facility inspections, responding promptly to maintenance requests, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues. You will also assist in facility-related projects, manage maintenance inventory, and ensure all tools and equipment remain in good working condition. This position requires a hands-on approach to keeping our interior and exterior mechanical equipment clean and in repair, while adhering to strict safety and company policies.
