About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Middle School Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year to join our team. In this role, you will provide instruction in science while helping to develop students' academic, social, and motor skills. You will create a flexible classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth for all students, acting as a facilitator who holds high expectations and motivates students to build a strong foundation for continued progress.
Your day will involve organizing a variety of teaching techniques, strategies, and technology to maximize individual and group learning. You will establish clear objectives for lessons and units, assess student progress, and provide specific feedback to adjust instruction as needed. Beyond the classroom, you will collaborate with other professionals, participate in staff meetings and parent-teacher conferences, and contribute to the effective functioning of the school through non-instructional assignments and student management.
