As an Assistant Coach for Swim, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing our athletic program in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. This position is dedicated to fostering student growth by providing supervision, instruction, and positive role modeling to student-athletes.
You will serve as a key liaison between the school, the athletic program, the community, and external organizations. Your day-to-day impact involves developing practice and game strategies, analyzing opposition to enhance team performance, and ensuring a safe environment for all participants. Beyond the pool deck, you will support students through the college recruiting process, monitor academic eligibility, and collaborate with student managers and volunteers to ensure the efficient operation of the program.
Applicants must possess a valid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certification and must successfully pass a background clearance satisfactory to the District. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related area are preferred. Selected candidates will work under the direction of the Site Athletic Director and the Head Coach.
