About the Role

The Middle Market Commercial Banker is the primary driver for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking customers. This role exists to expand existing customer relationships and develop new business through exceptional service. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting products and services to fulfill customer needs while building and strengthening long-term partnerships.

In this position, you will cultivate new commercial business relationships to increase the Bank's profitability. Your day-to-day involves nurturing existing client relationships by assessing and meeting both their business and personal needs. You will negotiate proper loan structures, effectively cross-sell products, and maintain a stable network of prospective customers through consistent outreach. Success in this role requires sustaining a comprehensive understanding of current commercial products and industry trends while building a professional network of Centers of Influence (COIs) and referral sources.
