The Middle Market Commercial Banker is the driving force behind managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking customers. This role exists to expand existing customer relationships and develop new business by providing exceptional service that fulfills client needs. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, assessing their business and personal needs to nurture long-term relationships. The day-to-day involves cultivating new commercial business relationships to increase the Bank's profitability, negotiating proper loan structures, and effectively cross-selling products. Success in this role requires building and maintaining a professional network of Centers of Influence (COIs) and referral sources to facilitate new business development opportunities while sustaining a stable network of prospective customers through consistent outreach.
