About the Role

The Middle Market Commercial Banker is the face of our commercial banking division, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking customers. This role exists to expand existing customer relationships and develop new business by providing exceptional service that fulfills client needs. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, assessing their business and personal needs to nurture long-term relationships while driving the bank's profitability through new business cultivation.

In this position, you will build and maintain a professional network of Centers of Influence (COIs) and referral sources to facilitate new business development opportunities. Your day-to-day involves negotiating proper loan structures, effectively cross-selling products, and maintaining a stable network of prospective customers through consistent outreach. You will also be responsible for sustaining a comprehensive understanding of current commercial products and relevant industry trends to ensure you are offering the most effective solutions to your clients.
