As the MI Drilling Fluids Specialist, you will be stationed onsite at the Prudhoe Bay, AK location for an 11-month temporary assignment. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery for our client's operations. You will serve as the primary executor of service delivery, ensuring all job deliverables are accurate and met on schedule.
Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, implementing standard work procedures, and actively managing risks during operations. You will participate in job risk analyses and continual improvement programs, while also engaging in Service Quality Meetings to drive performance improvements through actionable plans. A key part of your mission is to develop customer contacts to promote company products and services while ensuring strict compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT implementations, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
