This position serves as a pivotal leader in the plant, responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance functions, including external properties. The role focuses on optimizing predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM), spare parts management, scheduling, and overall performance. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining and improving plant performance in the critical areas of Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR).
In this capacity, you will provide leadership that fosters a culture of safety and efficiency. Your day-to-day involves supervising and coaching direct reports, developing comprehensive plans for major maintenance overhauls and shutdowns, and managing maintenance budgets. You will act as a bridge between operations, planning, and inventory teams, ensuring seamless coordination for repairs and work schedules. By leveraging engineering analyses and equipment history data, you will identify root causes of failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring issues.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by in-depth discussions regarding maintenance strategies, food safety protocols, and team management scenarios.
