About the Role

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive equipment availability and production efficiency within our dynamic beverage manufacturing environment. You will lead reliability programs that not only reduce downtime but also foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and advanced maintenance strategies.

In this position, you will be the architect of our reliability initiatives, utilizing root cause analysis and predictive technologies to optimize equipment performance. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex automation issues, manage vendor relationships, and implement corrective actions that verify long-term effectiveness. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in training staff on reliability best practices and ensuring all activities align with strict food safety and regulatory standards.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to identify candidates who are both technically proficient and culturally aligned with our fast-growing company. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
