This position is designed for high-performing sales professionals who excel in a relationship-led environment. You will drive Merchant Services revenue growth across a local geographic territory, specifically supporting Business Banking clients with $1–10MM in annual revenue.
Success in this role requires a balance of proactive external prospecting and leveraging bank relationships. You will generate new opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals from Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs), and effective use of CRM insights. Your goal is to position Merchant Services as a critical component of the client's broader financial strategy, serving as a trusted advisor who reinforces the bank's value proposition and long-term client relationships.
This role rewards disciplined execution, credibility, and consistent results, offering significant earnings opportunities for high achievers. Some local travel is expected to support client meetings and internal partner engagement.
