About the Role

As a Merchandiser for the Greater Wixom, Commerce, and Farmington Hills, MI territory, you will be the face of our brands at retail locations. You are responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper products, ensuring they are stocked and displayed effectively on shelves and coolers within large accounts. This role is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in detailed-oriented work.

In this position, you will work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining strong interactions with store personnel. You will report directly to your assigned stores for scheduled shifts, which are full-time and typically run from 6:30 AM until the work is finished. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed. While you will use your personal vehicle to travel among stores in your territory, you will not be responsible for transporting products, as they are delivered to the stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in and out for shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.
