About the Role

The Retail Coverage Merchandiser serves as the vital link between ACO-US and retail partners across Oklahoma City. In this part-time capacity, you will drive sales for select brands by maintaining high merchandising standards, ensuring product availability, and executing special projects. The role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives independently while building strong, professional relationships with store managers and personnel.

Day-to-Day Impact

You will cover a defined territory of retail stores to perform essential merchandising tasks and support client initiatives. Your day involves assisting store managers with new product launches, contests, and promotions while ensuring full distribution and display of products. You will manage stock rotation, pricing accuracy, and planogram compliance, as well as perform audits and check date codes to maintain modular integrity.

Using a company-provided tablet, you will collect and report data from store visits, advocating for clients through shelf work and direct communication. You will also consult with management to meet objectives and report store-level observations, ensuring that store policies are followed while providing expert knowledge on client products.

Hiring Process & Requirements

This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory. A critical component of this role is the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance within a designated timeframe; employment is contingent upon successful clearance adjudication. Candidates must also be comfortable using technology such as tablets and web-based applications.
