Orangetheory Fitness is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance, helping members prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, members target at least twelve minutes in the "Orange Zone" to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).

About the Role

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will be the right hand to the Studio Manager, creating a dynamic where each supports the other to keep the studio thriving. Together, you will represent the Orangetheory brand, bringing the science-backed workout to life and ensuring an exceptional, energetic fitness experience that members love.

Your day-to-day will be a blend of team support, member connections, and operational excellence. You will help onboard and train new team members, check in with members to drive engagement, and organize in-studio events and challenges. You will ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and welcoming while supporting sales efforts to hit revenue goals.
