As a Merchandiser, you will be a self-starter and quick learner who thrives in changing environments. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You will cultivate relationships with in-store management while executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and implementing plan-o-grams. Your work will directly impact the shopper experience by strategically placing impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
This position offers daytime hours with a predictable schedule and requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will be based within 20 miles of the assigned locations. The role involves physical activity, including standing and walking for 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
