About the Role
Wireless Vision is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales results and profitability. As a Retail Associate Manager (RAM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for the store in the absence of the Retail Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and high performance.
This role is designed for individuals who excel at team motivation and are passionate about the latest technology trends. You will inspire your team, manage daily store operations, and strive to meet both individual and store performance goals. The RAM position is a developmental role intended for those who aspire to grow into a Retail Store Manager (RSM) position.
In this capacity, you will partner with the RSM to recruit top talent, coach existing team members, and guide the sales team on best practices to attain monthly goals. You will actively participate in planning store meetings to prepare for product launches and keep the team informed on company changes. Additionally, you will execute local store marketing initiatives, manage back-end processes to ensure compliance with T-Mobile and internal audits, and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
