About the Role
As a Merchandiser for the Reyes Family of Businesses, you will serve as the vital link between our brand and the consumer. Your mission is to ensure our products are prominently displayed, properly stocked, and fresh in grocery stores and beverage outlets along your assigned routes. You will be the face of our brand on the shelf, working to maintain high standards of product presentation and inventory management.
In this role, you will utilize company-issued technology to ensure routing compliance and efficiency. A typical day involves transporting product between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment, organizing backstock areas to support inventory levels, and documenting execution by uploading photos of displays. You will play a key part in keeping our accounts running smoothly and ensuring customers have access to the products they love.
