As a Driver, you will serve as the vital link between our distribution centers and our customers, including foodservice accounts. This full-time, day-shift position goes beyond simply delivering product; you are responsible for the entire customer experience at the store level. Your day involves driving the delivery vehicle, unloading pallets using electronic pallet jacks or hand trucks, and ensuring product is properly stocked on shelves, in coolers, and vending equipment.
You will actively engage with store management and receiving personnel to ensure smooth load acceptance. A key part of your mission is merchandising: building small displays, setting up promotional materials like pricing signs and banners, and rotating stock to maintain local standards. You will also handle daily financial responsibilities, including generating invoices and settling cash and charges. This role requires physical stamina, as you will frequently lift and load cases weighing 20-45 pounds, and push or pull loads requiring up to 150 pounds of force while reaching, squatting, and bending.
Because this role involves regular field work and interaction with the public, vendors, and customers, safety is a top priority. Following a conditional offer of employment, the Company will conduct a review of your criminal history in accordance with applicable laws. A conditional offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening, including a DOT drug test and DOT Physical.
The Company will also verify your education, employment history, and motor vehicle or driving history. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
