Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit. We are a winning team where what makes you unique makes us better. Our Fleet Mechanics play a key role in the success of our business by ensuring the reliability of our fleet and supporting the safety of our drivers. Together, we perform with purpose, maintaining one of the largest fleets in North America.
As a Fleet Mechanic, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you can operate with a high degree of independence while still receiving coaching and direction when needed. You will leverage world-class tooling and ergonomics to perform preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs on a diverse fleet, including automobiles, light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.
Day-to-day, you will utilize leading-edge technology and programs such as voice applications for PM, Noregon diagnostics, Mitchell 1, Uptake predictive analytics, and Geotab. Your responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle failures, disassembling and reassembling parts, maintaining detailed records like vehicle logs and pre-trip checklists, and answering service calls. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment and repairs, from hydraulic and air brake systems to internal combustion engines and electric vehicle components.
To join our family, please apply now. We provide extensive training and continuous education to build upon your current maintenance education and experience. Successful candidates will be expected to pass a DOT physical, a DOT Road Test, and a Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
We are committed to safety first and offer ongoing training to help you grow your skills. Our facilities are dedicated to providing a supportive environment where you can thrive.
