About the Role
As a Merchandising Manager at Burlington, one of the largest off-price retailers in the country, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the store. Your focus is to deliver a great shopping experience with "WOW" values for our customers while ensuring the overall maintenance and organization of the selling floor, recovery areas, and fitting rooms.
You will serve as a role model for store associates, demonstrating and reinforcing the company’s Core Values to build strong teams and partnerships. In this high-energy environment, you will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), setting the leadership example for customers and associates while driving business results. You will partner with the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues, oversee floor moves, and ensure merchandise is presented consistently with merchandising concepts and guidelines.

Requirements
