About the Role

We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Las Vegas North Premium Outlets location. In this role, you will work directly with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure that customers are always our first priority. You will take pride in delivering superior customer service and inspiring associates to excel by being an exceptional role model.

You will understand that the way the store looks is essential to drawing customers in. Your focus will be on ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. As a leader, you will provide direction to associates to ensure floor coverage and completion of daily tasks, while assisting in the development of a sales-focused staff. You will also be responsible for recognizing associate successes to help boost store morale and contribute to a positive team environment.
