We are a family of retail stores including Wilsons Leather, G.H. Bass & Co, DKNY, Calvin Klein Performance Shops, and Karl Lagerfeld Paris.
About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Tanger Outlet Center at The Arches (Deer Park, NY) location. You will work directly with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure that customers are always our first priority.
In this role, you will take pride in delivering superior customer service and inspiring associates to excel by being an exceptional role model. You will provide direction to associates to ensure floor coverage and completion of daily tasks, while assisting in the development of a sales-focused staff. Your day will involve recognizing associate successes, boosting store morale, and contributing to a positive team environment where everyone is encouraged to follow suit in providing exemplary service.
