About the Role

As a team member at HomeGoods, you are the face of our brand, responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. Your role involves engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this position, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers. You will accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and displayed according to company standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. You will actively participate in store recovery, safety awareness initiatives, and shrink reduction programs, all while working effectively with peers and supervisors to uphold a positive store culture.
