About the Role
This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers. You will embody our customer experience principles and philosophy while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role requires adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. By modeling established customer experience practices and supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both internal and external customers.
