About the Role
As a member of the HomeGoods team, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. This role embodies our customer experience principles and philosophy while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a positive atmosphere for both internal and external customers.
In this position, you will model established customer experience practices, promoting our credit and loyalty programs while accurately processing purchases and returns. You will play a key role in maintaining our merchandising philosophy, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and participating in store recovery efforts throughout the day. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's needs. You will also actively participate in safety awareness initiatives and support store shrink reduction goals.
