About the Role
We are seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead and direct MEP-dominant projects or scopes on medium to large-scale builds. This role is critical for ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety while mentoring the project team and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.
The position offers opportunities at two levels (I and II), allowing candidates to apply based on their specific experience and qualifications. As the main contact with the owner and on-site representative, you will be responsible for resolving site concerns and building positive relationships. Your day-to-day involves managing the overall financial health of projects, overseeing 3-D coordination to resolve conflicts before installation, and directing the commissioning process, including start-up plans and functional testing. You will also lead project closeout activities, such as operations and maintenance manuals and model turnover, while managing Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Requirements
